UX/UI Designer / Product Designer (m/f/d)

UX/UI Designer / Product Designer at Placetel, creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences for business communication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages, product pages, digital self-service flows, and user/product portals
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts
• Improve existing experiences with a focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and conversion
• Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing, development, and other stakeholders
• Support UX research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
• Ensure a consistent and brand-aligned digital experience across all customer touchpoints
• Refine and extend current design systems and implement them consistently across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, prototyping tools, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments
• Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup
