Leads end-to-end research initiatives to shape intuitive, inclusive, and innovative creator experiences, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to drive user insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle
- Translate user insights into actionable product recommendations and design opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align research outcomes with business and user goals
- Conduct usability studies, surveys, concept validations, and competitive analyses
- Advocate for inclusive, ethical, and human-centered research practices
- Present findings and influence decision-making through clear storytelling and data-driven insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of applied UX research experience in a product, tech, or digital media setting
- Proven ability to design and execute mixed-method studies (qualitative & quantitative)
- Experience working with or researching creator tools, content platforms, or digital media ecosystems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered user experiences or exposure to emerging AI technologies is a plus
