CI is hiring a Graphic Designer to develop engaging, brand-aligned creative materials for marketing, events, and corporate communications.
Responsibilities
- Designing marketing and event collateral such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and email templates
- Creating and editing video content (promotional clips, event highlights, social media videos, and speaker interviews)
- Developing visual assets for websites and social media campaigns
- Designing on-site event materials including signage, stage graphics, name badges, and backdrops
- Working within established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all platforms and brands
- Collaborating with marketing and events teams to translate messaging into clear, compelling visuals
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Staying current with design trends, emerging video formats, and creative tools
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3β5 years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing, corporate communications, or events
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong skills in video creation and editing using Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Understanding of digital design principles (web, email, social media)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas
