The UI Designer is responsible for the overall visual style and UI design for PC, mobile, and web platforms, defining and managing design resources. They will also optimize project processes and establish design standards while collaborating with various teams to implement design plans.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall visual style and UI design of PC, mobile, and web
- Define and manage design resources
- Formulate visual and interaction design methods
- Participate in product and business planning, providing professional advice
- Optimize project and design processes, establish design standards, and promote unified product design standards
- Collaborate with product, development, project management, compliance, and security teams to develop detailed, applicable design implementation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in visual传达, art design, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in mobile and PC product design
- Familiarity with visual design methods and proficiency in design software
- UI animation design capability
- Complete project cases and experience in UI design for large projects
- Strong aesthetic sense and insight
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry client experience, service design, and journey management
- Knowledge of market trends in digital products and applications
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
