Lead the design of innovative product experiences that explore emerging technologies like AI. Conduct comprehensive user research to identify user needs and translate findings into compelling design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research to identify user needs, goals, and behaviors
- Translate research findings into compelling design solutions
- Take the lead in designing intuitive and engaging end-to-end user interfaces for future projects
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and key stakeholders
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influences stakeholders to elevate craft and execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products in SaaS, Cloud, or AI-driven industries
- Hand-on expertise in user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Experience in building AI-powered products and/or in transforming UX processes with AI
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Design Sprint
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving ability, and compelling end-to-end design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
