As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior designers and maintain seamless user experiences through thoughtful design. You will analyze user feedback to inform design improvements and drive innovation in user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within technology-driven or AI-enabled environments.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Skilled in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced in user research and usability testing.
- Knowledgeable in design thinking and agile delivery methods.
- Familiar with AI-assisted design tools and data visualization.
- Excelling in communication and presentation skills.
- Maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of digital product design.
- Creating user-centric and accessible interfaces.
Key Skills
- Skilled in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
