Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define user needs and translate them into intuitive solutions. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and build responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define user needs and translate them into intuitive solutions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate UX designs into production-ready code with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Integrate APIs and dynamic data into front-end experiences.
- Apply user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to performance, usability, and accessibility improvements.
- Support A/B testing and optimization using tools like Adobe Target.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UX design and/or front-end development (internships or project work acceptable).
- Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and iteration cycles.
- Experience working with design systems or component libraries is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
