As a UX Designer II, you will define customer interactions and own key aspects of the design strategy for a business or product line. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, propose creative solutions, and deliver intuitive designs that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research, product, and tech teams to identify user needs and design opportunities.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
- Use data and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to design systems and introduce new patterns.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and developers.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and data-driven iteration.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms and working with tech teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
