Lead UI Designer

Lead UI and Brand Design for cross-media projects, ensuring consistency and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging narratives
• Set high-quality UI design standards for web, mobile applications, and immersive experiences
• Implement and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all components and deliverables
• Develop cohesive brand identities that resonate with target audiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including strategists, 3D artists, sound engineers, motion designers, copywriters, and developers
• Present and articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs based on client and stakeholder input
• Guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment for skill development

Requirements

• 5+ years in design, ideally in an agency setting, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI knowledge, product design principles, and brand design skills
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and design systems
• Capable of running your own projects, meeting deadlines, and working methodically in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to diverse approaches
• Keen interest in motion design, illustration, or even frontend development (nice to have)
• Keen interest in generative AI (nice to have)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Arts, Visual Design, or a related field or training
