Join Antopolis as a Junior UI/UX Designer to create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Design with clarity: Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop user flows: Turn wireframes into polished final designs that ensure seamless navigation
- Leverage AI tools: Use AI-driven tools to enhance creativity, polish visuals, and optimize workflow
- Incorporate feedback: Present design ideas clearly and revise work based on team and client feedback
- Simplify complexity: Transform complicated layouts into simple, engaging, and intuitive designs
- Design for real users: Build experiences that are practical, accessible, and ready for real-world use
- Stay current: Keep up-to-date with new tools, trends, and UI/UX best practices
- Contribute creatively: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance the overall design process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
- 0-2 years of design experience (including internships, freelance work, or personal projects)
- Portfolio showcasing design ability (especially redesigns or case studies)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and spacing
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (user flow, accessibility, and navigation)
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Shortcuts, etc.)
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback
- Familiarity with motion design, microinteractions, or animations (bonus)

- After Probation: BDT 25,000–30,000 (based on performance)
