Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, ensuring seamless and high-performing experiences across merchant platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation to final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences — from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and final UI
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable, and elegant design solutions
- Partner with product, engineering, brand, and research teams to co-create and validate ideas
- Bring a strategic design mindset to complex challenges across onboarding, payments, loyalty, and in-app journeys
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide and improve your design decisions
- Support and mentor mid-level designers through feedback and shared rituals
- Ensure consistency by applying patterns from the shared design system and contributing to its improvement when needed
- Present your work confidently to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polish
- Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and component-based design
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Material Design and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (English fluency required)
