User Experience Designer

Lead design projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout
• Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences
• Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro, or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
