UI/UX Designer

A UI/UX Designer is needed to support a large-scale regional banking project in Singapore, focusing on design execution and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually consistent design solutions.
• Support design documentation, handoffs, and iterative improvement of deliverables based on feedback.

Requirements

• Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product requirements and UX objectives.
• Participate in discovery workshops, translating business and user needs into actionable design goals.
• Communicate design intent clearly during reviews and handoffs.
• Solutioning & Design Execution: Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize and contribute to existing Design Language Systems (DLS) to ensure UI consistency and scalability.
• Conduct quality checks on UI work and ensure adherence to design acceptance criteria.
• Conduct QA and refinement cycles to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (devs, PMs, POs).
• Ensure proper handoff of designs, documentation, and assets to developers.
• Actively engage in planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align on timelines and technical considerations.
