Responsibilities
- Own the product design process — from discovery to delivery.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ship impactful experiences across product teams.
- Drive clarity and alignment in a fast-changing environment.
- Champion user-centered design.
- Design elegant, scalable interfaces that make complex workflows intuitive.
- Collaborate deeply.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
- Prototype and test quickly.
- Leverage AI and modern design tools to enhance speed, insight, and creativity.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- A portfolio showcasing strong interaction design, visual craft, and problem-solving across end-to-end product experiences.
- Experience working across multiple teams or product areas, managing priorities and communicating tradeoffs effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance your design process and accelerate iteration.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking.
- Comfortable understanding APIs and technical constraints.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong appreciation for data and metrics.
- Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
- Humble, team-oriented mindset and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
