Senior Product Designer

You will co-lead the end-to-end product development process for mobile-first products on iOS and Android, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Your role involves driving impactful design solutions and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Work on mobile-first products for both iOS and Android, contributing to and evolving our mobile design system.
• Co-lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery to delivery, working closely with your Product Manager and Engineering Lead.
• Take the lead on design-driven initiatives throughout the entire development cycle, ensuring stakeholders and cross-functional peers are engaged, informed, and aligned at every stage.
• Shape the functionality and experience of our products by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and design peers.
• Bring and apply empathy, curiosity, and creativity to develop innovative approaches.
• Create clear documentation to help the entire product group understand the rationale and the state of design decisions and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design with 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at a technology-driven organization with a track record of shipped products.
• A well-structured and narrated portfolio showcasing your experience, design process, and data-informed outcomes.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design models and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• Highly skilled in Figma.

Key Skills

• Solid understanding of computational principles (e.g., data structures), automation concepts, and automation workflows.
• Experience designing easy-to-use products that simplify the workflows of complex automation processes.
