Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for key areas, from research insights and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready specs
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and accessible experiences that ship
- Define, document, and evolve the product’s UX architecture and visual language across platforms
- Create interactive prototypes and implement coded animations and micro-interactions that improve clarity and delight
- Apply AI thoughtfully to boost exploration, quality, and speed across the design process
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that balances consistency with creative range
- Partner closely with product and engineering to plan, scope, and deliver outcomes on time and at high quality
- Raise the bar through crisp communication, constructive critique, and excellent taste
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and shipping digital products with measurable user and business impact
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture; simplify complexity without losing power
- Exceptional UI craft: composition, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy are second nature
- Proven ability to design and implement motion and interaction patterns, including coded animations
- Fluency with AI-assisted creativity and a point of view on where it adds real value
- Confident working from zero to one and from one to scale, with clear decision-making and rationale
- A portfolio that pairs sharp UX reasoning with unmistakable visual quality
