As a Senior Product Designer at Dasher, you'll design systems and frameworks to improve the Dasher app, focusing on usability, quality, and education.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve key areas of the Core Dasher app, focusing on usability, quality, and education
- Create design systems and frameworks that scale across different parts of the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including researchers, engineers, and analysts – to build solutions that are both functional and visually polished
- Combine digital and physical design thinking to improve real-world experiences for Dashers
- Participate in research and testing, gathering feedback directly from Dashers to refine designs
- Contribute to the overall design vision and standards that shape the future of logistics platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, problem-solving, and impactful work
- Detail-oriented and care deeply about craft, quality, and the user experience
- Excellent storyteller who can clearly explain design ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Approach complex problems with first-principles thinking
- Worked across products or platforms that serve multiple user audiences
