Multi-Media Graphic Designer

The Multi-Media Graphic Designer will manage and optimize the Shopify website, conduct UX tests, and design digital visuals for various campaigns. This role requires a blend of creative design and data-driven problem solving to enhance the digital experience of Lux & Nyx.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, PDPs, landing pages)
- Conduct UX tests and analyze heatmap/behavior data (Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Design digital visuals for campaigns, social media, and email
- Curate photo/video content and maintain brand consistency
- Use AI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockups
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and A/B test learnings
Requirements
- Experience—3–6 yrs in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle preferred).
- Technical Skills—Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky Orange
- Soft Skills—Analytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented and proactive
- Must have prior graveyard shift experience with U.S. time overlap
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Prefer graduates of the listed top PH design/tech universities.
- Must complete the Lux & Nyx Skills Test before final interview
