The job holder will design visual content for xcite.com web and mobile app aligned with the requirements of the Marketing & Merchandising teams. This includes conducting research for new designs, assisting team members, and collaborating on campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research & find inspiration for new designs & techniques to help the design team
- Assist design team members in daily design requests
- Collaborate on specific campaigns and key messages to be brought out/highlighted via Creatives
- Designing of creatives for Social Media engagements, other Display and re-marketing ads
- Contributing to the Xcite.com design guidelines document to incorporate new approaches while ensuring standardized look and feel on creatives
Requirements
- Team Player: Proactive and highly motivated team player
- Result Orientation: Enthusiastic and motivated to always design crisp and attractive artwork
- Creativity: To come up with creative & unique designs for each artwork while being as efficient as possible in their workflow
- Trouble-shooter: Be able to solve problems with artworks such as excessive text, element placement issues, spacing issues etc...
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and keen on collaborating with other teams such as merchandising & marketing
- Hands on experience on Adobe Photoshop
- Hands on experience on Adobe Illustrator
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or equivalent
