As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually impactful designs for campaign assets, product design, and promotional materials. You will collaborate with remote teams and manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality creative work.
Responsibilities
- Creating visually impactful, well thought-out, on-brand designs
- Following design processes, including but limited to: understanding and interpreting briefs, knowledge of workflow tools like Workfront and Monday.com, navigating our Digital Asset Management system, conceptualising, brainstorming, presenting your ideas
- Using a variety of design tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D packages, animation/editing software
- Working comfortably with brand guidelines
- Working collaboratively and effectively with remote teams
- Providing accurate time estimations on jobs that come into the studio and managing your time effectively
- Displaying a good working knowledge of responsive design and mobile first practices
- Championing design excellence across every job you do
- Identifying new design trends – ways of improving current creative
- Cultivating a great knowledge and understanding of the brand
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Possessing strong design and conceptual skills
- Experience in creating new brand identities
- Excellent Typography/layout skills
- Experience in presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience in brand photography
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with brand guidelines
- Highly skilled and experienced with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other creative software
