Design print and digital marketing collateral and create assets for websites and social media. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign quality.
Responsibilities
- Design print and digital marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, newsletters, posters, social media graphics, training manuals, etc.
- Create assets for websites, social media, and EDMs (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Active Campaign)
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, updating product listings, and posting content
- Support monthly newsletters, EDM campaigns, and social media scheduling
- Produce basic animations, GIFs, and (if skilled) video edits using Adobe Premiere / After Effects
- Download, organise, and manage brand assets from global portals
- Support customer engagement by assisting with reviews, enquiries, and online interactions
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign quality
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong design fundamentals in branding, layout, and typography
- Experience with EDM/email platforms (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Active Campaign)
- Excellent English grammar and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Video editing/motion graphics skills (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in the beauty/wellness industry is a plus
