UX Designer (Visual Design exp)

UX/UI or product designer with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in digital products and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the user in cross-functional teams to transform workflows into intuitive product solutions
• Translate complex problems into elegant, end-to-end design journeys that scale across teams and platforms
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate designs based on user insights and feedback
• Partner closely with engineers and product leaders to ensure design intent is preserved through delivery
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, driving cohesion and efficiency across platforms
• Collaborate with designers across disciplines to create a unified design language
• Present design work with clarity and vision to influence stakeholders and shape product direction

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products (enterprise or complex systems preferred)
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with portfolio demonstrating simplification of workflows/systems
• Mastery of Figma, including high-fidelity interactive prototyping
• Solid understanding of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
