Assist the UX lead in executing the product vision through the end-to-end product design process. Collaborate with the research team to make data-driven design decisions and deliver optimized solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Help formulate and execute the product vision
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture
Requirements
- 2-5 years as a UX designer with a key contribution to successful product launches
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and enhance design concepts
- Thrives in a collaborative, explorative environment
- Active listening and contribution in group situations
- Resilient in the face of obstacles
Key Skills
