Senior Product Designers needed for ServiceNow University to develop AI-driven user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design process from ideation through high-fidelity UI
- Focus on integrating agentic AI into learning experiences
- Work closely with the core ServiceNow University design team
- Rapidly consume and interpret user research findings
- Produce polished, presentation-ready design artifacts for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering for implementation readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on design systems and component libraries
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JSON, React, Lit, and CSS
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro
- Strong ability to communicate and influence
- Proactive and able to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
