As a Senior Product Designer, you will establish and scale the visual design system and lead the creative development of visual themes for learning interfaces. You will also drive the integration of Generative AI tools into the design pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the visual design system, motion principles, and component libraries.
- Contribute to the global design language of Efekta.
- Lead the creative development of visual themes for content, learning interfaces, and AI characters.
- Design and ship emotionally impactful digital learning experiences on web and mobile.
- Prototype and test sophisticated interactions and motion storytelling.
- Produce polished visual assets, motion studies, and creative content.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI tools into the design pipeline.
- Partner closely with Learning Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience designing and shipping digital products, apps, and content experiences at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven history of creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and visual languages.
- Strong, articulate portfolio demonstrating a range of product strategy, visual identity, character design, and motion storytelling work.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
