A Staff/Principal Visual UI Designer role leading visual design strategy and design systems across a global product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design for the product portfolio, establishing a modern and sophisticated experience that reflects enterprise expertise
- Drive the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and aesthetic refinement across all user interactions
- Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve design processes and create unified user journeys
- Develop comprehensive visual patterns, standards, and guidelines to maintain design excellence
- Mentor and provide guidance to designers and cross-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative innovation
- Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly and insightfully
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design focusing on visual and interaction design, with at least 3 years leading large initiatives in B2B or enterprise contexts
- Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated, elegant, and usable design solutions, demonstrating deep visual design expertise
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading ambitious design projects to success
- Ability to define and communicate a North Star vision for visual design across disciplines and to executive leadership
- Experience collaborating with marketing and brand teams and fostering inclusive, cross-functional design processes
