Staff UX Designer

As a Staff UX Designer, you will lead and own UX initiatives across inventory products, crafting intuitive interfaces that empower sellers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and holistic user experience across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Champion a user-centered design approach, passionately understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of users
• Lead the design and evolution of Sell Side platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability of design across the platform
• Own the design process, including concept design, product definition, interaction, and visual design, for complex features
• Laser focus on quality of thought, idea, and execution across the suite of products
• Leverage and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across products while proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement
• Develop and implement design concepts by creating user flows, interactive prototypes, developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces aligned with industry best practices
• Transform broad, conceptual, and potentially ambiguous ideas into valuable user experiences that seamlessly blend functionality with ease-of-use
• Contribute to planning and vision on key company initiatives by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback from users and iterating on designs based on user insights
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features maintain high quality and alignment with the design vision
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure designs remain innovative and competitive

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional UX Design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Experienced working and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate complex design decisions to diverse audiences, rationalizing intentional design decisions
• Seasoned collaborator, working closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions delivering positive impact and value to customers
