Senior UX Product Designer

Senior User Experience (UX) designer role at Pega to drive product design and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help define and drive the future of Pega Product Design.
• Collaborate with other designers to standardize and scale solutions across the platform, enhancing usability and functionality.
• Coordinate with global team to align design initiatives, ensuring consistency and integration across multiple projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and design trends.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of work experience in UX design, interaction design, or visual design.
• Solid understanding of design principles and a Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating user needs into great product experiences.
• Experience designing with a design system and creating reusable components.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar.
• Experience working in Agile development environment
