Schbang is hiring a Freelance Senior UI/UX Designer for a hybrid role in Mumbai, Lower Parel.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for multiple digital products, platforms, and experiences.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and ensure delivery of world-class solutions.
- Manage project workflows, deadlines, and ensure seamless execution across teams.
- Translate business goals and user needs into engaging, functional, and intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct design research, usability testing, and feedback loops to refine experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, creative, strategy) to deliver design excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 design school/college/institute.
- Experience: 3–6 years in reputed design studios with proven excellence in delivering impactful UI/UX solutions.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to present, negotiate, and articulate design thinking.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
