Manage the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-discipline teams to solve user problems. Refine the design system and ensure cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end design process for a clear problem, from ideation to execution, using a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and Research—to solve user problems together.
  • Iterate on products through continuous feedback and analysis while balancing business, technical, and UX constraints.
  • Refine our design system and ensure cohesive, polished experiences across the product ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the design strategy within your product area by deeply understanding what we’re building and why, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a full-stack product designer, with work ranging from problem-solving and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
  • Clear understanding of the problems you are solving and comfort with ambiguity.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience) (bonus)
  • A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS, or marketplace digital products (bonus)
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills (bonus)
  • Sharp attention to detail, and an understanding of how to integrate a brand into an experience (bonus)
  • Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes (bonus)
  • Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools (bonus)
  • An appreciation for how language can simplify, clarify, and bring life to an experience (bonus)
  • Understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers (bonus)
  • Passion for research, with an understanding of how to balance qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and empathy to drive innovative, user-centric solutions (bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills (bonus)
