The Graphic Designer will create high-quality print and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality print and digital assets, including campaign collateral, social media graphics, and promotional materials
- Ensure designs align with creative direction, brand standards, and project goals
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple deliverables and quick-turnaround projects
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and adapt to specific design preferences
- Stay up to date with new creative tools, particularly AI-assisted design applications, and bring a curious, learning-oriented mindset to every project
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or campaign-focused setting
- Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality creative under tight deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong mix of print and social media work (experience with political or advocacy clients is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Framer is a plus
- Familiarity with or openness to learning AI-driven design tools such as Midjourney
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Adaptable to feedback and established visual styles
- Fast, resourceful, and reliable under pressure
- Curious and growth-oriented, with an interest in the intersection of design and AI
Key Skills
