Sr Experience/Product Designer

A Senior Designer role focusing on creating digital experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps, working in a hybrid environment with 3 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and deliver useful and elegant best-in-class digital experiences
• Partner with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Build influence and partnerships with stakeholders outside of ongoing project work
• Collaborate with researchers, technologists, designers and delivery managers
• Develop and deliver advanced experience design deliverables
• Support and leverage evaluative testing across the customer journey
• Evaluate and benchmark existing product and service experiences
• Participate actively in design critique and mentor other designers
• Work on multiple complex designs/projects, managing time and expectations
• Drive timely, quality delivery by managing multiple projects
• Respect standards and champion best practices
• Use excellent visual, communication and storytelling skills
• Demonstrate thought leadership and inspire others

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry design experience as a multidisciplinary product designer
• Extensive experience designing multi-channel consumer-facing apps, responsive web and websites
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to design with a design system and within brand guidelines
• Experience defining and utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform and inspire design
• Highly proficient with InVision and Sketch
• Financial services experience a plus
