The main goal of this role is to build a research culture within the team and create products based on user needs and data. You will plan and conduct user research, design UX/UI for new features, and collaborate with product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
- Help the team get closer to the user through training and facilitating research
- Design UX/UI for new features — from idea to interactive prototype
- Test own solutions with users and iterate based on feedback
- Support design system structure and consistency
- Collaborate with product and dev teams at all stages
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
- Ability to transform insights into design solutions
- Strong interaction design skills: logic, behavior, states, prototyping
- Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, prototypes)
- Understanding of UX writing and accessibility
- Upper Intermediate+ English
