UX/Product Designer to join OSTTRA's team in Stockholm, enhancing enterprise applications and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Champion user-centred design and enhance the overall product experience for users.
- Work closely with various product teams, with project focus and responsibilities varying over time.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, fellow UX designers, and developers.
- Make impactful and thoughtful design choices that help the organization deliver the best possible user experiences.
- Contribute to shaping new concepts and products, as well as strategically refining existing designs.
- Participate in the ongoing growth and refinement of the design system.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in UX design and Product Design.
- Experience designing for complex applications and intricate data structures.
- Hands-on experience in creating a wide range of UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Expert in Figma.
- Strong visual design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English.
- A strong interest in workshopping and user research is a significant plus.
