Responsibilities
- Redesign and elevate the core browsing and shopping journey
- Develop intuitive customization and personalization tools
- Reimagine the recipient experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Advocate for the user through data-driven design decisions
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
- Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer digital platforms
- Strong grasp of modern interaction patterns, usability principles, and visual design systems
- Curiosity about consumer behavior, emerging design trends, and technology innovations
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in rapid prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
