Senior Product Designer, Pro Experience (Remote - US)

Design high-impact, user-centered experiences for professionals in a digital marketplace, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences that balance business objectives with intuitive, elegant interfaces
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and iterate rapidly
• Create multiple concepts and prototypes, ranging from low-fidelity sketches to polished, pixel-perfect designs
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to enhance engagement, adoption, and ROI
• Mentor and collaborate with other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful projects
• Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, with a human-centered approach
• Ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with rapid iteration and experimentation
• Proven experience designing and implementing customer experiences that drive measurable growth
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Bias for action and a strategic mindset, understanding the impact of design on users and business outcomes
