The Principle Product Designer will lead the design of post-purchase journeys and architect a scalable design system. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to create engaging user experiences that transform healthcare perceptions.
Responsibilities
- Create post-purchase experiences that feel as smooth as they look, turning every new service launch into an intuitive, unforgettable experience
- Define and enforce design guidelines, and lead rewriting the playbook when something bolder and better comes along
- Inspire and elevate the design team, develop workshops, lead critiques, and create a culture of relentless creativity and growth
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Medical to design a longevity platform that helps 10,000+ patients make ongoing proactive health decisions
- Craft stunning interfaces that not only look incredible but keep the users coming back for more
- Transform complex data into captivating stories through animations, micro-interactions, and eye-catching visuals
- Infuse life into every interaction, using motion design to make every user feel seen, heard, and celebrated
- Architect and evolve AgelessRx’s comprehensive design system
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of proven experience leading UI design initiatives for digital products, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or telehealth sectors
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a mastery of UI design, including complex interfaces, advanced visual systems, and data-driven design projects
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into visually compelling and easily digestible graphics, dashboards, and interactive components
- Proven ability to design and implement interactive components, transitions, and animations
- Proven experience identifying and hiring excellent design talent
- A personal passion for improving longevity and/or the healthcare system
- Expertise in design systems architecture, with experience in building and scaling comprehensive component libraries
- Strong executive communication skills
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional design initiatives
- Expert proficiency in Figma, and emerging design tools
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Passion for mentoring and elevating design talent
