Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality multimedia deliverables, following design guidelines, and ensuring visual quality standards are met. They will also prepare mockups, collaborate with team members, and manage design processes from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Creating/following production/design guidelines and standards and ensuring those being followed diligently
• Visualizing & designing screens based on approved look & feel and design guidelines standards
• Reviewing creative output from a visual perspective and ensuring products meeting visuals QA standards
• Preparing mockups and presenting them to customers before deciding on a final design/concept
• Creates and updates internal processes and templates to minimize future content development time
• Collaborating with team members to develop the different output types

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6+ years hands-on experience in creating promotional content, e-learning, publishing house content, or related domain
• Print media experience is a big positive
• Comfortable in working on content in non-English languages like European languages
• In touch with Adobe Creative Cloud for at least 4 years on a daily basis
• Intermediate knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic tools
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Adobe Animate and should also be able to work on Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Creative and eager to learn about new developments in the field
• Good communication skills
• Visualization and conceptualization skills
• Good English communication skills
• Extensive experience in Print-media design
• Experience in package design and label design is a big plus point
• Experience in creating designs for print and digital media
• Knowledge about user behaviors, especially for communication design
• Knowledge about the latest graphics designing trends in the market
• Experience in motion graphics development and video production is an added advantage
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexibility to working in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables
