A Print & Graphic Design Manager is needed to lead creative projects and manage design processes for a science and learning-focused organization in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Dream up and design compelling campaigns that spark wonder and curiosity.
• Lead creative projects across digital, print, and environmental design — from eye-catching signage and advertising to dynamic web and email content.
• Collaborate with passionate teams to bring educational and brand stories to life.

• Maintain and evolve brand identity to ensure consistency across every visual touchpoint.
• Manage digital assets and help streamline creative workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or brand storytelling.
• A strong visual sense and the ability to turn concepts into meaningful, memorable designs.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with CMS and DAM systems.
• A curious mindset — you love exploring new ideas and finding creative ways to inspire learning.
