A family-owned consumer products company seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead packaging design and visual identity using AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of compelling packaging concepts for consumer products, ensuring designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet strategic objectives.
  • Utilize advanced AI design tools to accelerate ideation, image generation, and content creation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and social media teams to translate ideas into tangible packaging solutions.
  • Develop and refine graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of packaging formats, including boxes, labels, and digital assets.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in packaging and visual communication.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the creative team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual design, with a focus on consumer product packaging.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered design tools for image creation, concept development, and content generation.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects and innovative use of AI in design workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
