Conduct user research studies and analyze research data to identify user needs and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered approach across all product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research
- Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and present research findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to stakeholders
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product design and development
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the product development process
- Stay abreast of the latest UX research methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered approach across all product initiatives
- Leverage and triangulate data from other sources / analytics to better understand customers’ needs
- Contribute to the growth of the UX research team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a UX Researcher in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies
- Experience in Qualitative research method and some experience in Quantitative will be a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with user research tools and software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful user research projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Curious about people and their behaviour, obsessive about uncovering customer problems
- Passion for user experience and a strong desire to improve the lives of users
