Develop and execute research aligned with business needs while collaborating with stakeholders. Analyze data from various sources to derive insights and make recommendations for product design.
Responsibilities
- Developing the ability to organise and execute research
- Working with stakeholders to understand research questions
- Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources
- Combining different types of data into coherent findings and making recommendations
- Observing users and formulating relevant use cases
- Using data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics
Requirements
- Experience in UX Research or early career candidates with good placement experience in human factors
- Experience working with a subset of UX research methods
- Demonstrable understanding of researching in different contexts
- B2B or professional services background
Key Skills
- Identify and apply research frameworks
- Navigate basic research operations
- Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar
- Drive to grow while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research
