The Digital Product Designer (Trainee) will create engaging user experiences for P&G brands. Responsibilities include developing design artifacts and conducting user testing to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital applications of P&G brands
  • User Testing: Conduct user and usability testing, and utilize the results to inform design decisions
  • Expert Guidance: Provide guidance and direction to multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Agile Methodologies: Embrace Agile methodologies, focusing on a fail-fast, learn, and iterate approach to design
  • Collaboration: Define Jobs to Be Done in collaboration with engineers, product managers, marketers, and brand partners
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest design best practices, strategies, technologies, and industry changes, ensuring adherence to these standards in all projects

Requirements

  • Passion in UX/UI design
  • Experience in design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user testing practices
