Vercel seeks a Senior Product Designer to join their team, focusing on product design, customer needs, and design-driven projects.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Product Design
- Contribute to the design process from gathering requirements to overseeing implementation
- Set the creative bar for evolving design projects
- Establish guidelines and ensure they are enforced
- Collaborate with growth, content, and engineering teams
- Create, and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Craft high quality work, inspire those around you, and help establish a design culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent visual, verbal, UI, and interaction skills
- Well-rounded, comprehensive experience designing interactive products
- Passion to deliver customer delight
- Experience with frontend frameworks, developer tooling, and managed infrastructure (React, Next.js is a plus)
- Animation experience is a plus
