As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with consulting teams to provide design and user experience expertise, collaborating to gather requirements and deliver software solutions. You will establish a customer-centric design culture and develop self-service data products.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate solid understanding and experience of common visual and interaction design principles and practice.
  • Value and apply existing customer insights from research to guide design decisions.
  • Frame problems and opportunities clearly through analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Propose creative communicative visualizations to deliver research insights to teams and stakeholders.
  • Triangulate stakeholder vision, user insights, and cross-functional team discussion inputs.
  • Master the phases of design from initial sketching to wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Apply and maintain design systems to deliver scalable, consistent UI components and interactions.
  • Demonstrate experience in testing and iterating based on feedback.
  • Create routine, informative communication materials explaining design decision-making rationale.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and consultants to solve for customer problems.
  • Understand and incorporate desirability, feasibility, viability, and strategic stakeholder constraints into the design.
  • Use ideation, design, and testing tools effectively.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience (Analyst Level) or 4–5 years of experience (Senior Level) in UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.
  • Experience with a variety of tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Experience creating design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developers.
  • Design thinking experience to understand users' goals and frustrations.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary settings (design, engineering, product teams).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related Design field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
