The Associate UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision, being involved in the end-to-end product design process. They will create and present design deliverables while advocating for user abilities and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision
  • Understand and document client needs and motivations
  • Work with the research team to synthesize data and make value-driven design decisions
  • Create and present design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes)
  • Design responsive/adaptive solutions for web and mobile interfaces
  • Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
  • Share design best practices and promote a design-centric culture
  • Advocate for all user abilities by testing design deliverables for WCAG ADA compliance

Requirements

  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating experience in solving business and user needs
  • 2-5 years as a UX designer with key contributions to successful product launches
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree preferred
  • Excellent skills in Figma
  • Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
  • Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and enhance design concepts
  • Collaborative and explorative mindset, value diverse teams, and practice active listening
