Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX development process, including discovery, research, prototyping, testing, and final product delivery. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify user requirements and advocate for user-centered principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX development process
 - Work with product managers, engineers, and collaborators to identify user requirements and build objectives
 - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
 - Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
 - Advocate for user-centered principles and accessibility guidelines
 - Contribute to the development of UX build standards and systems
 - Stay current with emerging build trends, tools, and technologies
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Building, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field preferred
 - 5+ years of experience in UX development, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
 - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI development work
 - Proficiency in building and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
 - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
 - Experience in agile development environments is a plus
 - Experience in life sciences or forensics domain preferred
 - Familiarity with UX metrics and data-driven development
 - Experience crafting for mobile and responsive web applications
 - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial
 - Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive building
