The role involves working as a consultant in various projects for clients or internal commitments. You will be responsible for UX design and ensuring accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work on digital solutions for a government agency
- Collaborate with development teams and product owners
- Create user-friendly and accessible interfaces
- Conduct user tests and gather qualitative and quantitative data
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UX-design
- At least 24 months of experience in the last 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Knowledge and experience of working with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE
- Good knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken
