As a UX Designer, you will analyze business problems and user needs to propose user-centered solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to enhance digital products.
Responsibilities
- Deeply analyze business problems and user needs to identify pain points and propose user-centered solutions.
- Think strategically about the product experience, connecting the dots between business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate ideas quickly.
- Deliver high-fidelity mockups with all necessary states, edge cases, and error handling for smooth implementation.
- Conduct benchmarking of industry patterns, features, and interaction behaviors to maintain product competitiveness.
- Contribute to and maintain the UI kit and design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency.
- Own the design process end-to-end, from ideation to QA and post-release iterations.
- Present your work, articulate your design decisions, and provide clear documentation.
- Manage your time effectively and work proactively to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
- Experience designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications.
- Strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational or internal tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaborative design workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Figma Make, Perplexity, and Vercel to streamline and speed up design work.
- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI design.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of food industry operations, kitchens, and inventory management processes is a plus.
