As a UX designer, you will work through the entire design process, from needs analysis to final solution. You will be responsible for transforming complex information into clear and user-friendly interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams and product owners.
Responsibilities
- Work on the entire design process, from needs analysis to finished solution
- Transform complex information into clear and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with development teams and product owners
- Create low-fi and hi-fi sketches
- Work with design systems and graphic profiles
- Conduct user tests and gather qualitative and quantitative data
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UX-design
- At least 24 months of experience in the last 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Knowledge and experience of working with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE
- Good knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken
